For the grace of God to pour forth, the Holy Spirit must be pour forth upon the church because He is the Spirit of Grace. For the Holy Spirit to pour forth, we must walk in humility and gentleness towards our brothers & sisters in Christ. We must be kind to one another, bearing with one another in love, be kind to one another, be tenderhearted forgiving one another, endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. By doing so, the Holy Spirit will then be in our midst and be pleasing to dwell among us.

The power and strength of the Holy Spirit will be pour forth, we will be able to see signs and wonders happening , salvation, healings and deliverance will follow. We will also see lives be changed and transformed.

When the believers are in one accord, of one mind and in unity, then, the Holy Spirit will be pleased to dwell among us and pour forth its anointing and the grace of God upon us mightily.

We must not walk in bitterness, unforgiveness, wrath, anger, evil speaking and malice towards one another because the Holy Spirit will be grieved and He will not dwell in our midst. He is the Spirit of peace and He will not work in an environment that is contrary to His nature.

Let us endeavour to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. We must strive to walk in love & unity with our fellow brothers & sisters, do not find faults with one another, but bearing with them in love, be patient with one another. We must always remind ourselves that we too have faults and need to change ourselves also.

1I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, 2With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; 3Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. ( Eph. 4 : 1-3 )

30And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. 31Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: 32And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.. ( Eph. 4 : 30 -32 )
